In 2017, Sauce Salaboratory was founded by four gym enthusiasts who love healthy food and lifestyle. The four founders invented the brand "Sauce Salaboratory" as a manifestation of integrating the scientific attitude of laboratory into the kitchen through a combination of nutritional research on ingredients and the culinary expertise of Hong Kong Michelin Star Chef, thereby empowering us to offer delicious, and yet, healthy light meals. They developed more than 20 branches in Macau, Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Heyuan, Zhanjiang and other places as they continuously innovate and refine various kinds of healthy and delicious salads. Center to our exquisite salads is the unique, homemade sauce prepared by our Michelin Star Chef. Our unique sauces are the soul of the salad and each of our sauces is carefully prepared by our Michelin Star Chef. The English word “sauce” is a homonym of "So Si”, a Cantonese word symbolizing the combination of our daily life and healthy vegetables. We value our motto “Originality, ingenuity; relish our sauce in star Salad” to provide healthy and delicious salads for various customers.
Sauce Salaboratory is committed to establishing the NO.1 light food brand. We produce exquisite salads to meet the new catering market demands by combining online sales/distribution and offline catering services..
With the continuous improvement of living conditions and the increasing emphasis on healthy eating, more and more consumers begin to value light meals. We define salad as a light meal alternative to conventional dinings. We launch two sets of healthy salads: the "fat reduction set" and the "muscle building set". Integrating professional opinions from nutritionists and chefs, we have successfully invented our flagship salads that transform customers' dietary experience.
