"The Treasures of Qingzhou Mountain" is a picture book story by the Macau illustrator Fang Huiping, who was inspired by the unique species of Qingzhou Mountain in Macau. The ecological environment of Mount Qingzhou in Macau is harsh and there are serious mosquito infestations. What is touching is the young insect graduate student Liang Zhiwen from Macau who took samples on the mountain and discovered new insect species. After research and thesis writing, it was officially published on an international journal in February 2018, and the discoverer named the new species "Leptanilla macauensis". "Macao ant" is a very rare species of ant (Leptanilla), with a length of only 1.1 mm and a unique appearance.

"The Treasures of Qingzhou Mountain" was published in November 2019, and is intended for children aged 8-12, or as a parent-child reading for children. Through fairy tale books and picture books, art and education are used to promote local culture and ecological conservation. The elves, a unique species of Macao, are set as the main characters in the story. Their adventure stories with elementary school student Xu Bang let readers realize the relationship between humans and nature, and teach children how to live in harmony with insects.
The author hopes that "The Treasure of Qingzhou Mountain" can be published as a series, and the story will be combined with the workshop or parent-child experience to plan more follow-up activities for schools. I hope this marks the beginning and develop into a series of local cultural picture books.
