Macau Industrial Diversity Zhuhai Shizimen Central Business District Service Base (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huafa Group), comprehensively coordinates the work of the service base of the Shizimen Central Business District in the diversified industry of Macau, creates high-quality and sufficient space for the diversified development of Macau's industry, provides a full range of service support for the development of Macau enterprises, and builds the service base into a demonstration project for cooperation between Zhuhai and Macau.
The service base is established by Huafa Group under the support of the governments of Zhuhai and Macau, and cooperated with many universities and associations in Macau. It aims to deepen cooperation between Zhuhai and Macau and help Macau's moderate economic development. The service base was inaugurated in Zhuhai on May 10, 2019 and officially put into operation on December 10, 2019.
The service base includes 12 office floors and 30,000 square meters of office space in Zhuhai Center Building, focusing on six emerging industries, including professional services, cultural tourism and exhibition, technological innovation, cross-border commerce, medical and health, and specialty finance, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship by Macau youths. Integrate the internal and external resources of Huafa Group to build three major service systems of “public services + life security + financial support” to provide all-round support for Macau enterprises' development in the Mainland.
